Defendant claims plaintiff was supposed to pay off the loan, not her, he offered to buy her a car. Defendant admits she paid the first 6 monthly payments. Defendant claims he made monthly payments after, to avoid ruining his credit. Judgement for the plaintiff. Counterclaim is denied.

Yeah she has 3 children and is not married. I can tell he was an absentee father. Her empty headedness reflects that.

I wouldnt sue my daughter but trust she could let whatever man she lay with to sign for her loan and seeing as how she had yo go to her father this dude cant do anything for her

I have a stupid jackass daughter also. She owes me the same amount cosigning for and apartment for renters history. She quit paying rent. She'll NEVER get my help again.
