Plaintiff offered defendant $200 to hold the car he was selling for her, later on she found out the car was in terrible condition. Defendant claims she knew the cars condition, she rode test it with him, plaintiff denies she tested the car. Judge rules in favor of plaintiff, finds defendant and his witness defense trash, and that they committed fraud.
