Defendant claims the estimate of cost was to high. Plaintiff claims she loan the vehicle to defendant to go to work, defendant admits the damage, but her estimate of cost was too high. Later on, they agreed to lease the vehicle together, defendant agreed to pay for the damages first, to back up later. Parties rented an apartment together along with defendants friend, plaintiff claim they only paid or 4 months. Defendant admits. Plaintiff loaned defendant $2000, defendant admits.
