Plaintiff claims that defendant delivered unedited and improperly crop photos she needed it for a TV audition. Defendant claims he was doing her a favor and delivered correctly. Defendant also claims that she defamed his character with all the people she knows, for no reason. Plaintiff paid him $50, she is asking for additional $100 for the new headshots she had to take. Judge Brown dismissed both claims, finding them unsustainable.
