Plaintiff is suing for medical bills. Defendant is countersuing for bal and pain and suffering.
EPISODE DESCRIPTION
Plaintiff claims defendant assaulted her without provocation causing her personal injury. Defendant was arrested and bailed herself out. Per plaintiff everything started because there were children playing in the streets while cars were going fast around them in the streets, she told them to get away, the adults present got upset with her, another woman. After the incident she called her ex husband, they were talking and defendant came from nowhere to assault her with a bat, broke her clavicle and other injuries, had to undergo several surgeries. Defendant denies she hurt her; claims she was provoking because plaintiff was mocking the kids across the street. After reading the police report and the Court sentence to defendant who plead guilty in criminal court, the defendant had a heated discussion with the judge, attempted to leave the courtroom, but, came back after the Judge threaten her to charge her with contempt and put her in jail.

Women like the defendant here are the reason why our youngsters wind up a hood rat, or have a cap popped at them by another hood rat. If you don't believe me, go to Miami Gardens at night. This also happens a lot in the 8 mile section of Detroit, Harlem in New York City, almost all of Compton, CA,, etc. It bothers me a lot to hear on the news constantly about another kid getting killed in a drive by.?

If that was paid by the victims insurance, the insurance company may pursue the perpetrator for the medical bill, and given the existing finding of guilt, she'd lose straight away.. and be paying it off for the rest of her life.?
