Parties lived together for 6 years, have a 4 yr old daughter. Plaintiff claims that defendant constantly breaks her property, cell phones, smashes her belongings, hits her car, he follows her and does not let her go out with her friends, within a year she bought almost 10 cell phones because of him; she says one time he shot her vehicle. The last incident he punched her tires and smashed his car to her car, she called the police, has a report and got a restraining order. By the time she got back to her a[apartment it was destroyed, TV, kitchen, furniture, presented evidence. Defendant keeps laughing throughout her statement, he claims the babysitter made the mess.
