Plaintiff claims she took a loan out in her name to help out the defendant., and, he has not yet make a payment towards the loan. Defendant admits he took the loan from plaintiff, but, says he has paid around $600 towards the loan. Defendant says that he kind of made an arrangement with the plaintiff, pimping his nephew to her and she forgives the debt; plaintiff denies this ever happened. Defendant and witness testified that plaintiff did make the money deal in exchange of sex; plaintiff denies this accusation.
