Plaintiff claims defendant owes her for loans, unpaid rent and for totalling out her motor vehicle. Defendant claims plaintiff is doing this to cover and excuse for her son for not paying child support and she had to take him to court and the DNA came out positive as the father of her child, she admits she totaled the car but does not think she should pay her for anything as the insurance covered it. Plaintiff is only seeking for the deductible on the accident, and, the small loans she gave her throughout the time they were talking, she presented evidence of the loans.
