Parties are cousins, they used to live together. They had an agreement that plaintiff would buy the food and do defendants hair, so she did not pay any rent. They lived together for 2 months, when she moved out the defendant did not return some of her items. Plaintiff claims that she attempted several times to try to get her stuff back but defendant always had an excuse. Judge determined, per evidence presented, that the TV were not flat Tvs, the purse was not a brand purse, he ordered the items to be placed in front of defendants door within 3 days for plaintiff to pick up, if not picked up in 5 days defendant can dispose of the items.

That is a "Flat" screen TV. I had one. The "Screen" is flat, not the back part of the TV.
