Plaintiff claims that defendant and her 8 children damaged her property, they were under section 8; she claims she had multiple complaints from neighbors because of loud noise, multiple police reports. Plaintiff showed evidence of several damages to door, sinks, carpeting, garage, walls, etc. , defendant denies some of the damages. Defendant claims that she already as plaintiff took her $2000 security deposit, and she repaired everything, plaintiff says that amount does not cover the entire damages to her property and she did not repair anything.
