Per witness, he was in a get together with plaintiff, he was in the front porch and saw a vehicle hit a parked car in the back, at that time he did not know whose car was, it was a hit and run. He saw the car and is able to identify it. Plaintiffs brother in law was driving the car, her brother was the passenger. Brother says that they hit the car as it was in the middle of the corner. Judge Judy ruled that defendant pays $1200.
