Plaintiff claims she paid the truck with tuition money and 2 loans for total $8000. She turned the title over to defendant, she claims defendant had her books and said he would return them if she signed the vehicle over to him, defendant denies this. Defendant claims that plaintiff has a drug problem. Defendant claims he went to pick up his daughter and everybody in the house was using marijuana. Plaintiff did not call the police. Plaintiff admits she smokes marijuana in front of her daughter. Defendant sold the truck.
