Both parties says that the dog attack was from the other ones dog. Defendant denies sicking his dog on plaintiffs dog. Parties were friends, their dogs never got along, plaintiff took the dog to defendants house as they were watching a game that day. Plaintiff claims that defendant unleashed his dog on purpose to see what would happen between the dogs.
