Defendant claims that it was the plaintiffs daughter fault the dog attack. Plaintiff claims she injured her ankle when taking the dog off her daughter. Defendant claims she never received a complaint about her dog before this attach, plaintiff denies it. Defendant admits that plaintiffs daughter was attacked by the dog. Plaintiffs daughter was in defendants house playing with her son. After hearing the witnesses statements, Judge Judy determined that either way defendant is responsible for the dog bites. No evidence found of the ankle injury. Counter claim: Dismissed.
