Plaintiff claims she loan $3500 for a car while she was living with them, she was paying her whatever she could at the time, defendant claims she was cleaning the house as payment. Counterclaim: Dismissed. Car loan: dismissed as plaintiff has possession of the car. Cell phone: dismissed, she was a minor. Senior Pictures $950: defendant admits that plaintiff paid for her senior pictures, but, she didnt ask her to do it, she wanted her to have them, defendant ordered to pay $100.
