Defendant is the owner of a hair salon where defendant rents a booth. Plaintiff claims there was a burglary in the salon, and owner should pay for the value of her supplies, claims the insurance did not pay it totally. Defendant refuses to sign a check issued to plaintiff that she received from the insurance company because she believes its insurance fraud as she paid a deductible of $5000 and her belongings are not value for more than $5k. Case dismissed.
