Plaintiff claims that he is an attendant of someone that is ill, when he went to pick up the medical reports he was told by defendant to bring power of attorney, there was an incident that resulted in the defendant claiming she was assaulted, he denies this claim, charges were later dismissed. Evidence proved that there was an attempt for assault.
