EPISODE DESCRIPTION
Defendant was taking care of 2 of the plaintiffs children while the father was in jail and mother was having drinking problems, defendant took care of the children for a while. Plaintiff claims they did not help with the children financially. He stayed with her for about a month. Defendant got the laptop the day the plaintiff ( Prescott) was taken to jail, she claims she spoke with Julie over the phone and she told her to take the laptop. Regardless of plaintiff good deed to take care of the children she must return the laptop. Counter claim dismissed.
