Plaintiff claims that she sold a wig for $370 to defendant, defendant gave her a check an later on put a top payment to the check. Defendant admits she picked up the wig from defendant, looked the wig, complaint about the color and that it looked dry, she tried it on after some repairs and was ok with it she accepted it, she left, agreed with plaintiff she was going to put an extra item to the wig, she called her and made an appointment for the extra items. Defendant put a stop payment because plaintiff did not keep her agreement. Counterclaim dismissed.
