Defendant sold the car for $700, it was on her name; she claims she gave the title to plaintiffs once the car was totally paid. The plaintiff repaired the car, and sold it to the other plaintiff in this case. They all agreed that Green was to pay defendant $2250 for the car after it was repaired, she claims he did not pay it all, she reported the car stolen. Never got clear title to the car. Green pays $250, ordered to take car from impound.
