Plaintiff claims she was going 58mph on a 40 mph required, she lied about it and caused him a bad letter on his file. Defendant claims that plaintiff was unprofessional and his claims are not true. Judge Judy determined that what defendant did was wrong and owes plaintiff an apology. Plaintiff will donate half of the money to LAPD.
