Plaintiff claims that the house he rented came with the furniture per previous agreement with landlord he could take it in exchange for a month and a half rent free, and to clean the house. Landlord admits it. Defendant claims she took some of the furniture he had from before moving in exchange for her being the one that cleaned the house. Previous court already ruled on this, Judge decided not to intervene. Plaintiff to return the televisions. Counter claim: Dismissed.
