Plaintiff claims he loaned money to his mother to build a room in her brothers house $850, he also claims she owes him for the rent of his sister that she agreed to pay to him if he let the sister live with him. Defendant claims he gave the money to her as a gift, not a loan, and that she stopped payment on the rent check for her daughter because he kicked her out of his house. Plaintiff claims because of all of this his creit is damaged.
