Defendants minor son hit the plaintiffs car when riding his bike. Witness saw the incident, when he saw the plaintiff he told her that he saw the little boy hitting her car with the bike, fell over, they walked over to see if he was ok; the boy said he was OK, the plaintiff walked him to his house to explain to his parents what happened. Plaintiff has to pay $1500, plus, new rims. Inexcusable to allow a 7 yr old ride his bike unsupervised.
