Plaintiff claims that defendant was fired from the bar they used to work in, kept going there, was ejected from the bar one day by him for misbehavior, and went to the parking lot to smash his car windows, witness states he saw defendant speed out of the bar. Defendant denies he damaged plaintiffs car.
