Plaintiffs claim that they contracted defendant under false advertisement, he advertised he had certified drivers to give out the classes. Plaintiffs son claims the defendant was never paying attention while giving him the lessons, he failed the test the first time. Plaintiff claims that while receiving lessons he left the minor in the car and went in a bank. Counterclaim: dismissed.
