Parties used to live together, after a while they moved to Las Vegas. Plaintiff claims that when they got to Vegas, defendant started gambling and selling marijuana. Defendant claims he was suspicious that plaintiff was cheating on him, plaintiff denies that allegation. Plaintiff loaned the money under agreement that he will pay back in a weekly basis; defendant admits he received the money as a loan, but, denies having an agreement on the terms he will pay back.
