Plaintiff rented a 4 bed house, put an ad on Craigslist to rent the rooms. Defendant responded, moved in. Rent $695 plus utilities. Did not sign a lease, the agreement was closed and clear via email and text messages. Plaintiff claims that defendants should pay her one full month as he left the house without giving her 45 days notice; Judge Judy did not find this in writing, therefore, ruled that he did not owe her the last month.
