Parties have 2 children. Per defendant they have share custody, per plaintiff he does not deliver. Plaintiff gave a cell phone to their 8 year old, Judge says he is too young to have a cell phone, plaintiff claims he gave it to him so he can keep in touch when they are with the father. Plaintiff claims that defendant used the cell phone, took it from their son. Defendant denies using the phone Plaintiff provided a statement with the amount of minutes used, not the numbers that were called. Defendant claims the kid lost the phone, he does not have it.
