Car crash and hospital bills. Defendant claims it was plaintiff who caused the accident. They were both in the car accident, defendant was driving plaintiffs car, at the time he told her that he will pay the deductible $1000, gave her $250, she is suing him for the remainder $750. Defendant was driving with a suspended DL. Judge Judy ruled that the defendant has to pay the remainder $750 towards the deductible.
