EPISODE DESCRIPTION
Plaintiff hired defendant to spruce up the kitchen cabinet, not replace them, for $600, defendant took the cabinets out, when she brought it back plaintiff did not like it, defendant kept the cabinets hostage until payment was received, police was call, they forced her to give him the cabinets; plaintiff wants her to pay him what he has to pay to have the work redone, in addition, he claims defendant harassed him by placing a false ad that he was selling some property which caused a lot of people going to his house to buy merchandise. Defendant admits she did post the false ad, Judge determined that will cost her $1000, plus, the balance that he owes her for the cabinets. Counterclaim is dismissed.
