Plaintiff loaned the defendant $1000 to pay her bills, it was an understanding that she was going to pay her back shortly, a couple of months later defendant gave $350 to plaintiff as part of the payment, acknowledging she had to pay her back the loan. Defendant claims that plaintiff threatened to kill her, harassed her, she does not think she should pay her back for her loss of money every time she had a confrontation with her. Plaintiff denies all. Judge Judy ordered defendant to pay $650 and dismissed the harassment claim.
