Plaintiff was roommate with defendants girlfriend for 3 months. Plaintiff claims defendant hurt her dog one night while they were roommates. Witness stated that the day of the incident, she heard a yelp from outside, she saw defendants boyfriend grabbing the dog from the neck and tossing him around, she call the plaintiff at 3am, woke her up, she had no idea. She says she confronted the defendant, she says he admitted it and said he will pay her for the vet bill. Defendant claims he took the dog for a walk to calm it down as he was violent. Plaintiff says she had to move out after the incident.
