EPISODE DESCRIPTION
Plaintiff claims defendant locked her out and disposed of her property in a garage sale, for no reason as she gave her notice, says defendant wanted her to pay the rent in advance, defendant denies it, plaintiff had to call the police. Judge told defendant she had no right to dispose of plaintiffs property. Defendant says she told plaintiff to get her property, and she did not go. plaintiffs mother testified that the day they agreed to pick up her stuff the garage sale was going on, and that defendant sold family heirlooms. Defendant claims she only sold the bed, not the lamp defendant claims she had there. Counterclaim is dismissed.
