Per plaintiff, they both went for a ride, after the ride she kept begging him to let ride the bike by herself, he agreed but only in the parking lot, as soon as she got on the bike she took of down the street and came back the bike was crashed. Per defendant he was with her the whole time, she is a racer, has titles. Per Judge Judy she was not responsible for the bike.
