EPISODE DESCRIPTION
Parties leased a house. Plaintiff moved out before the lease expired, she claims that defendants should PAY her back part of the rent that she paid the month she moved out as she moved out before the end of the month, also, is claiming the return of the security deposit as she paid for it, $1230, and moving costs. Defendant admits plaintiff paid the deposit, but claims she forfeited the deposit when she moved out; also admits that she agreed to have her name removed from the lease. Plaintiff also paid $400 extra one month as defendants did not have the money that month. Counterclaim: Defendant claims plaintiff damaged his car, he did not filed a police report because plaintiff told her she will pay for it, dismissed.
