Plaintiff added defendant to the 6 month lease when it was time to renew. He was living there before, he still lives there. Judge Judy ruled in favor of the defendant on the lease as they were living as a couple and she paid up to the time she stayed there. There were no increase of liabilities. Counterclaim: TV for the defendant. Plaintiff keeps the dog and does not pay for the vet bills.
