Defendant claims the money was given to her so she can move out of plaintiffs home. Plaintiff agree she invited defendant to move in with her and her husband. Plaintiff was uncomfortable with the flirtation of defendant and her husband, who visited defendant a couple of times in prison. Husband and wife agreed to give defendant $1,500.00 to help her buy a house. No question there was a loan.
