Plaintiff claims the bike was stolen when defendant borrowed it without permission, also says defendant burnt a hole in his mattress. Defendant does not deny that he borrowed the bike without permission, however, he says it was not his fault that it was stolen, also says, the fire that caused a hole in the mattress was an accident. The claim for property damage is dismissed.
