While together, plaintiff cosigned a loan for defendant to buy a car, when they broke he stopped to make payments on the car, leaving her with the payments, defendant admits this is true. Defendant claims that plaintiff is the primary on the loan, he is not obligated to pay for it. After verifying the evidence, the judge ordered to sell the car to an authorized dealer, the difference should be pay by the defendant, minus the $2k he paid for the down-payment.
