Plaintiff claims she was walking he r40lb dog with her roommate, when defendant was coming towards her with her 2 pit-bull dogs and brutally attacked her dog. Defendant claims her dogs were on a leash under her control, and plaintiff dog was on a retractable leash without her control, she claims plaintiff dog ran to her dogs and they acted in self defense.
