Plaintiff claims that he was hanging out with defendant at defendants house and a group of girls, suddenly defendant got irritated as he was smoking weed and got aggressive, plaintiff left the house, defendant followed him and started to kick his car, trashed his car. Defendant does not deny the action, tries to justify saying he was provoked by plaintiff.
