Plaintiff is suing for the cost of a lie detector test that he passed and had to take when defendant falsely accused him for assault. Defendant is counter suing for property stolen from the house that was awarded to him in the divorce. Per plaintiff when he went to the house there was no furniture in it, plaintiff was driving by and they had an altercation. Plaintiff claims that at that time he did not know that the house was awarded to defendant. Both claims dismissed.
