Plaintiff claims that she purchased a car from defendant for $600.00, gave her $400.00 initially; defendant was going to change the name on the title after inspection, instead, she sold the car to Mr. Lane for $800. Mr Lane claims that he gave the $400 to plaintiff from his account. Plaintiff showed proof that the money came out of her account. Judge Judy acknowledge the car had a lien for $800.
