EPISODE DESCRIPTION
Plaintiff and defendant used to live together. Per defendant the dog is hers. Defendant admits that she took the dog without his permission, she had previously called the police to take her property out of the house, reported the dog but the police did not filed a report. He filed a report for theft of the dog, she was served, went to court, she was found not guilty. She claims and showed proof she bought the door. Judge Judy ruled in favor of defendant to keep the dog, dismissed her counterclaim.
