Plaintiff claims that defendant owes one month, although he left the property the 7th of the month and another tenant occupied the room the beginning of the following month, Judge Judy ruled that defendant does not owe money for rent. Plaintiff dead bolted the door after he left, that is an eviction. Dresser: defendant can keep the dresser as it was given to him by prior tenant. Counter-suit: dismissed.
