EPISODE DESCRIPTION
Plaintiff was retained to do security business to the defendants Halloween party. Defendant claims plaintiff promised to provide LAPD officers to the party. Plaintiff claims that they agreed he would have 2 LAPD officers at the party, in total they had 12 security officers, including the LAPD, and that $1,000.00 was for the 2 LAPD officers. Defendant says that is incorrect. They did not signed a contract. Per witness she faxed the contract a day before, no reason why he did not signed and fax back with CC authorization, they agreed to let him pay later because he was referred by a friend (answer not acceptable to Judge Judy). Defendant admits he did not pay. Judge Judy ruled that defendant has to pay $2,800.00. Counter suit: dismissed.
