Plaintiff claims that defendant threw a rock to his truck defendant denies the claim. Neither one of them were there, it was their minor kids involved. the girls were friend before, now they are having problems in school. Per defendants daughter another friend was the one that threw the rock. Per plaintiffs kid, it was defendants daughter who threw the rock. Defendants daughter has had problems in school before, was suspended once. Plaintiff presented police report. Judge Judy questioned defendants parenting, ruled in favor of plaintiff.
