EPISODE DESCRIPTION

Defendant broke a window on plaintiffs mother in law house, his fiance called defendant to ask him why he is not paying the window after he said he would, defendant said his family said he should not pay as it was not his fault, she claims he said if you have a problem go to his house to deal with it. Defendant denies he said that. Fiance decided to go to defendants house to pick up a boat, plaintiff asked her to wait for him. Per fiance she never made it to defendants house as she found plaintiff on his way back from there, with blood on his face due to a cut. Judge Judy determined that plaintiff was in the defendants property at the time of the assault, dismissed the case.
