Dirt bike: Plaintiff claims she bought a dirt bike for defendant and he was supposed to pay it back to her, defendant says it was a gift. Bike is in her possession, she also uses the bike, this claim was dismissed. Check: Defendant wrote a check for $300 to plaintiff and put a stop payment when he found out she was dating someone else, Judge Judy determined he has to pay the $300. Harassment: Plaintiff claims he has been harassing her, kicked her car, ordered to pay $692.72 for car damages. Protective order: Defendant filed protective order because plaintiff had him beaten, claims plaintiff has been arrested for domestic violence; defendant suing for lost wages. Dismissed.
